- How do I reserve a hotel room?
The Peloton rate for the Omni hotel is $359. You can book your room at this link.

We have limited rooms reserved in the Peloton hotel block at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The last date to book a room with the Peloton rate will be on Monday, September 18th or once all of the rooms are booked. To ensure you get the best rate please book as soon as possible.
- Is there a cost to attend?
- Clients are responsible for travel and accommodations. There is no fee to attend the conference.
- What meals are covered?
Heavy appetizers will be provided at the Meet & Mingle on Monday, Oct 23. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided on full presentation days, Oct 24 & 25. We will of course have a coffee and tea bar on all days presentations take place! We will have appetizers and a full dinner on Tuesday, Oct 24.
If you have dietary restrictions please notify the hotel.
- What is the suggested dress code for attending a conference?
Business casual attire is recommended but not mandatory. We want you to be comfortable for learning and networking. Conference rooms tend to be cold, so we strongly suggest you have a sweater or jacket on hand. Some events will take place outdoors.
- Do I have to stay at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa?
You are not required to stay at the Omni Hotel. However, if looking for convenience the conference and all conference activities will be held at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.
- Can I invite others?

We know getting approval to attend conferences can be hard. We've made it easier for you by writing a "Convince Your Boss" Email.
I'm requesting approval to attend Peloton's 2023 Conference. The conference will take place in Austin, TX, October 23-25th.
During the conference I will:
- Receive training on AI best practices, analytics, and project management.
- Get informed about Peloton's latest, cost saving offerings.
- Peloton Map – a GIS system for all your Peloton data.
- Peloton Public Data – Query and utilize an expanding library of public data using Peloton ETL and Platform Applications.
- Peloton Integrity & Reliability – reduce cost, maximize production and mitigate HSE risks with well integrity management. Predict failures and downtime before they happen using our industry database.
- Discuss upcoming features and enhancements directly with Product Management.
- Participate in engaging roundtable sessions with peers.
- Come back with new ideas on how to utilize the Peloton Platform and our data.
